Felony and Misdemeanor

This search combines automated real-time search and hands-on research of court records.  The average turnaround time is 1 – 4 business hours for Clear results and 1-2 business days for record information. As a value-added service, alias names uncovered during the research process are searched at no additional cost. Multiple configuration name searches are standard protocol. No extra fee for 10-year searches. A separate warrant search is conducted on hits, where available. Extensive multi-layer, multi-person QA process to ensure accurate reporting. Status updates provided proactively.

Pre-Screened Case Research

This service is tailored to those companies that simply need case information details for specified cases.  Ideal for those that index in-house or for dispute resolution.  On-site research is conducted  to obtain case information.  Turnaround time is 1-2 business and rush requests can be returned same business day for an extra fee.  Research is billed on a per case basis and includes record entry into client’s request management portal.

Criminal Record Document Retrieval - San Diego Only

We provide document retrieval from all four court locations: North, South, East and Central Courts. Whether you require document retrieval as part of your reporting requirements or require case copies to complete an audit or dispute, File Finders can quickly deliver. The retrieval can include the entire file, the complaint, disposition and sentencing related documents or any specified document.

Cleark Assisted Criminal Record Search - San Diego Only

This on-site countywide Felony and Misdemeanor search is done with the help of a clerk utilizing the court’s CMS (case management system).  This type of search is often used to research common names. In addition, a search through the court’s CMS can uncover criminal records filed under alias names and alias DOBs not provided by the applicant.  Turnaround time is same to next day for no record results.  Record information is returned within 1-2 business days.
